The Setup/Configuration charge on dedicated servers is non-refundable due to the special requirements for each dedicated server and the amount of time needed to customize the system. However the monthly charge is 100% refundable for the first 30 days.
Remm Hosting Services does not require nor offer* contracts longer than one month, except on one year specials which is non-refundable. If at anytime you are unsatisfied with our service and wish to cancel your server, you will only be responsible for payment up to the last day of the month of the cancellation.
